  • International Shipping

    International members can find details on Patreon. If you signed up before October 17, 2025, your membership is still valid and active.

  • Delivery Schedule

    Orders placed by the 20th of the month ship that same month; orders placed after the 20th ship the following month. Packages are mailed toward the end of each month.

  • Pausing or canceling

    Memberships can be paused or canceled anytime before the 20th to apply to that month’s shipment.

  • Tracking

    Mail Club envelopes ship as stamped mail without tracking by default to keep costs low. Upgrades are available on request before the monthly cutoff.

  • Expedited options

    Faster shipping is often available. Contact me before the 20th for a quote.

  • Privacy Policy

    Your information is used only for internal marketing and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

  • Payment methods

    I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payments are secure and encrypted.

  • International availability

    I ship worldwide. Delivery times vary, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Returns

    All sales are final, since prints are made to order and originals are one-of-a-kind. If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with photos and I’ll make it right.

  • Lost or missing packages

    Check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the order doesn’t appear within a few days, reach out, and I’ll assist with locating or replacing it when possible.
