Processing & Shipping

• Every order is prepared with care in my studio. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your package is on the way.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare, package, and ship your order. During busy holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Packaging & Handling

• Print Club Envelopes (5x7 monthly prints): Sent flat in protective envelopes so they arrive safe and ready to display.
  
• Prints (small to large): Carefully wrapped in protective sleeves and shipped flat or rolled in sturdy tubes, depending on size.
  
• Originals & Framed Paintings: Packed securely with extra protection to ensure they arrive just as they left my studio.
  

Delivery

• U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping.
  
• International Orders: Typically take 2–4 weeks, but can sometimes take up to 6–8 weeks due to customs.
  
• Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
  

Returns & Refunds

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads):

All digital sales are final.

Print Club, Prints & Originals:

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll make sure we find a solution together.

Commissions:

Custom paintings are non-refundable once work has begun, as they are created uniquely for you.
